Shipping Costs

All items are shipped using the USPS Ground Advantage. Ground Advantage packages are generally delivered within 2-5 business days of shipment and USPS Tracking® service is included in the price.

• Shipping for prints and other merchandise is a flat rate of $4.50.
• Shipping for playmats / desk mats is calculated by the USPS Ground Advantage based on the customer’s address and the order’s weight and dimensions.

 

Domestic and International Fulfillment

Using USPS Ground Advantage, we ship to all 50 states, U.S. military bases, territories, possessions, and Freely Associated States. Currently, we do not ship internationally.

Order Processing Times

All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Since we use the USPS, shipments can only be mailed on business days. We cannot ship on government holidays, Sundays, or any day the USPS is closed. 

If your shipment will be delayed by unexpected events or weather events we will contact you directly by email.

How Products are Shipped

Most art prints will ship in a protective sleeve with a backing board in a rigid mailer. The 11x17 size art prints and desk mats will ship rolled in a tube mailer or narrow box mailer, and will arrive rolled. Other merchandise will ship in a flat bubble mailer. (Don't want the large print rolled? Please request a flat, rigid mailer during checkout.)

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

• Returns for the reason of non-damaged items must happen within 30 days of delivery The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original condition. To start a return, you can contact us at thechibiartist@gmail.com.
• Returns for the reason of non-damaged items or if you receive the wrong item, involves contacting us at thechibiartist@gmail.com so that we  can evaluate the issue and make it right.
• The fastest way to exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
